溶血磷脂酸对神经系统细胞的作用及其与疾病的关系

摘要:
溶血磷脂酸(LPA)是一种新发现的类生长因子的脂类信号分子.它可以通过多种信号传导途径引起广泛的生物学效应.综述了LPA对神经系统细胞的作用和LPA与神经系统疾病的关系,包括LPA对神经系统细胞形态结构和细胞间相互作用的影响、促进神经系统细胞生存和诱导凋亡的作用、对神经系统细胞Ca2+的调节作用、对疼痛刺激传导的作用.

Abstract:
The lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) was a novel growth-factor-like lipid mediator. It can induces diverse biological responses through several signaling pathways. This review provides a current summary of LPA-induced effects in neural cells and the relation between LPA and the diseases of nervous system, including changes in cell morphology and interaction of cells, promotion of cell proliferation and cell survival, induction of cell apoptosis, changes in Ca2+ mobilization and induction of pain transmission.
