Abstract:
To explore the association of sensitive C-reactive protein (SCRP) with coronary heart disease (CHD) and evaluate the feasibility. [Method] SCRP concentrations of 42 CHD patients including 13 cases of acute mycocardial infraction (AMI groupe) ,12 cases of unstable angina pectoris (UAP group) and 17 cases of stable angina pectoris (SAP group), another 31 patients without CHD served for compare and 30 normal subjects were examined by BN-100, later the articla analyse this variation of SCRP before and after treating.[Result] SCRP concentration of CHD patients (4.4±0.05)was significantly higher than that of the normal subjects(2.9±0.50)(P<0.05.The levels of SCRP of AMI(4.7±0.28) and UAP(4.6±0.41) group were higher than those in SAP group(3.9±0.35) (P<0.01). But there was no significant difference in the levels of SCRP between UAP group and AMI group (P>0.05). [Conclusion] The elevation of SCRP has association with coronary heart disease. SCRP concentration may be used as an index for the evaluation of the severity of coronary heart disease.
