| 摘要: |
| [目的]探讨2型糖尿病、冠心病、脑梗塞患者血浆脂质检测的临床意义.[方法]收集受试者血清,在OLIMPUS AU 1000全自动生化分析仪上进行血脂相关指标的检测分析.[结果]经过t检验统计分析认为载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)3项指标有显著性差异,将对2型糖尿病(NIDDM)并发冠心病(CAD)、脑梗塞(CI)起到预示作用.[结论]此3项指标对冠心病、脑梗塞的早期预测优先于其他指标. |

| Abstract: |
| To discuss the clinic significance of plasma lipid detection. ［Method］ detect and analyze the plasma lipid markers of the collected serums on the OLIMPUS AU 1000 automatic biochemistry analyzer .［Result］:the result of the three plasma lipid markers ,ApoB, Lp(a),LDL-C of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) by t-test is significant. and this will predict the risk of complicated coronary heart disease(CAD)，cerebral infarction(CI). ［Conclusion］ they are better than the others in terms of prediction of coronary heart disease(CAD)，cerebral infarction(CI).The three markers should be prefer able adopted in clinical test. |
