| 摘要: |
| [目的] 检测正常人群血清中抗体,了解SARS病毒非致病性感染状况.[方法] 利用SARS病毒全病毒裂解液抗原酶联免疫法检测81例志愿者血清中的SARS病毒抗体IgG和IgM. [结果] 81例血清中,抗SARS病毒 IgG抗体阳性3例,阴性78例;IgM抗体均为阴性.[结论] 大连地区正常人群可能有过SARS病毒或类似病毒的非致病性隐性感染. |

| Abstract: |
| To detect SARS virus antibody in serum of non-SARS epidemic area. ［Method］ Sera from 81 volunteers were selected to detect SARS virus antibody IgG and IgM with whole SARS virus proteins as antigen. ［Result］ Of the 81 sera, the IgG was positive in 3 cases，while the IgM were negative in all cases. ［Conclusion］The partial persons of Dalian area had been infected by SARS virus or analogues of SARS virus before. |
