摘要:

[目的]观察细管引流胸腔双铂灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效.[方法]36例确诊恶性肿瘤合并恶性胸腔积液病人,B超定位后胸腔穿刺留置16F中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液,引流后予卡铂合并顺铂胸腔灌注化疗;每周化疗1次,3次后评价疗效,并观察不良反应.[结果]本组有效率为88.9%.其中CR23例,PR9例,NC3例;不良反应主要为恶心、呕吐.[结论]细管引流胸腔双铂灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效确切,值得推广应用.

Abstract:

To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of small-bore catheter drainage and intrapleural chemotherapy using Carboplatin plus Cisplatin in the patients with malignant plueral effusion. ［Methods］ Thirty-six patients with malignant plueral effusion were inserted into the pleural space using 16 F small-bore catheters and connected to a closed drainage bag and received Carboplatin 150 mg/m2·wk plus Cisplatin 40 mg/m2·wk for 3 times. ［Results］ The response rate is 88.9 %, CR 23 cases, PR 9 cases and NC 3 cases, and the side effect is mild. ［Conclusions］ Using a small-bore catheter accompanied by bi-platin intraplueral chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of malignant plueral effusion.
