| 人类端粒酶催化亚单位又称端粒酶逆转录酶,为端粒酶激活的限速酶, 与端粒酶活性表达一致,对癌病变特异.一些化疗药物、中药、核酶及反义寡核苷酸均能不同程度地抑制hTERT -mRNA的表达,同时抑制了端粒酶活性,减慢了肿瘤细胞的生长速度. |
