| 探讨抗核抗体（ANA）、抗盐水可提取性抗原多肽抗体谱（ENA）、抗双链DNA抗体（DSDNA）、抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体（ANCA）在SLE诊断,监测及治疗中的意义。［方法］采用免疫荧光法测定ANA,免疫印记技术测定ENA多肽抗体谱,金标法测定抗DSDNA抗体,间接免疫荧光法测定ANCA。［结果］SLE患者组这四项指标都高于正常对照组,二者存在显著性差异(P<0.01),但这四项指标对SLE诊断的准确性,敏感性,特异性各不相同。［结论］ANA作为SLE最重要的一类抗体,可作为初筛指标, ENA 7个位点抗体检测提高ANA的敏感性与特异性,DSDNA抗体可作为治疗监测的指标,ANCA对 |

| To study the significance of ANA(antinuclear antibody), ENA(antibody to extractable nuclear antigent), ds-DNA(anti-dsDNA antibody) and ANCA(antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody) in the diagnose, monitoring and therapy of SLE. ［Methods］To examine ANA by fluoroimmunoassay, to examine ENA by immunoblotting, to examine ds-DNA by colloidal gold market immunoassay, to examine ANCA by indirect fluoroimmunoassay.［Results］The four targets in SLE group were higher than that of in the contrils group. But their accuracy sensitivity and specificity were different each other. ［Conclusion］ANA could be used as an select target, ENA examined 7 position antibodies,could improve the sensitivity and specificity, ds-DNA could be used as therapeutic monitoring target, ANCA has value in monitoring disease development.
