| 泌乳宝冲剂催乳作用的实验研究 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的研究泌乳宝冲剂的催乳作用。［方法］通过对母鼠每天腹腔注射NaF 15×10-6 注射体积10 mL/kg，连续7d 观察小鼠动物缺乳模型及受试药物和正常产褥期乳汁分泌量的影响，用放免方法检测血清泌乳素水平并观察组织学改变。［结果］ 泌乳宝冲剂6×10-3、12×10-3 灌胃（ig）给药对NaF致小鼠缺乳模型均有显著增加乳量的作用(P<0.01)，可明显增加缺乳动物血清泌乳素的含量(P<0.05)，使乳腺组织呈高度泌乳状态。对正常小鼠母鼠乳汁量及仔鼠体重也有明显增加作用。［结论］泌乳宝冲剂对缺乳状态下的小鼠乳汁分泌有明显作用 |

| To evaluate promoting effect of Mirubao granules diluent on the lactation. ［Methods］ Mirubao granules diluent of dosage of 6 or 12×10-3 were administrated intragastrically(ig), Lactation amount .serum prolation content. The morphology of mammary gland were determined in both the insufficient lactation model mice and the normal puerpral mice. ［Results］ Mirubao granules increased significantly breast milk secreting amount and serum prolactin content in the mouse model with lactation insufficiency induced by NaF, and kept their mammary gland in a high level lactation status. Lactation amount of normal female mice and body weight of newborn mice were in dosage dependeno of mirubaogramabs. ［Conclusions］ Mirubao granules have significant lactation promoting effect |
