| 摘要: |
| [目的] 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)表达与大肠癌浸润转移的关系. [方法] 采用S-P免疫组织化学染色技术,检测30例大肠腺瘤,60例大肠癌组织MMP-2的表达情况.[结果] MMP-2的表达率在大肠腺瘤中为26.67%,显著低于大肠癌中的86.67%(P<0.05);其表达与大肠癌的Dukes分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移和生存期均密切相关(P均<0.05).[结论] MMP-2的检测可以成为临床判断大肠癌的恶性程度、转移及预后的重要参考指标. |

| Abstract: |
| To investingate the role of the expression of matrix metaloproteinases 2 (MMP-2) in invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer(CRC). ［Methods］ The MMP-2 expression was studied immuneohistochemistrically in 30 specimens of colorectal adenoma and 60 specimens of CRC. ［Results］ The expression rates of MMP-2 were 26.67% in colorectal adenoma and 86.67% in CRC, the later was apparently higher than the former(P<0.001). The MMP-2 expression was significantly related to Dukes stage ,cellular dedifferentiation, metastasis of lymph node and poor prognosis. ［Conclusion］ The detection of expression about MMP-2 may be helpful to judge the malignant behavier of colorectal carcinoma and prognosis of the patient |
