| 目的:探讨骨性外耳道、乳突遭破坏的外耳道胆脂瘤的手术治疗.方法:收集了44耳外耳道胆脂瘤,根据不同病变范围采用了外耳道重建术,改良乳突根治术和开放式乳突根治加鼓室成形术3种术式.结果:行外耳道重建术的26耳,随访1年恢复了外耳道的正常生理结构.全部44耳随访1年以上无胆脂瘤复发.结论:外耳道胆脂瘤应根据不同病变范围而采用保守或不同的手术方法治疗. |

| To study the operation method of external aud itory canal cholesteatoma with destroyed ossis external auditory canal and mastoid. ［Methods］ Forty four cases suffered from external auditory canal cholesteatoma were gathered.According to different lesion range, three types of operational approach were adopted, namely reconstruction of external auditory canal, modified radical mastoidectomy and opened radical mastoidectomy accompanied with tympanoplasty. ［Results］ After one-year following up,26 cases who had undergone reconstruction of external auditory canal recovered with normal physiological structure of external auditory canal. No recurrent cholesteatoma happened in the 44 patients after more than one year following up. ［Conclusion］ External auditory canal cholesteatoma should be dealt with conservative therapy or various kinds of operation on the basis of different lesion extent. |
