摘要:

医学生感觉寻求与MMPI及单胺氧化酶活性关系的探讨。方法：以79名三、四年级医科大学学生为研究对象，进行MMPI、感觉寻求及泽克曼-库赫曼人格问卷测试，同时测定血小板MAO活性。结果：① 感觉寻求总分、兴奋与冒险寻求得分、经验寻求得分、冲动性感觉寻求得分均与MMPI中的抑郁项得分呈负相关（r=-0.349，P=0.002）（r=-0.23，P=0.042）（r=-0.431，P=0.000）（r=-0.235，P=0.003）；放纵欲望与MMPI中的轻躁狂项得分呈正相关（r=0.237，P=0.035）。② 冲动性感觉寻求得分与血小板MAO活性呈显著负相关（r=-0.339，P=0.009）。结论：医学生感觉寻求特征与MMPI抑郁呈负相关，与轻躁狂呈显著正相关；血小板MAO活性可以作为冲动性感觉寻求的生物学标

Abstract:

To study relationship of sensation seeking and MMPI personality and monoamine oxidase activity in medical students. Method: 79 medical students were invastigated with MMPI, Sensation seeking scale (SSS) and Zuckerman-Kuhlman's personality inventory (ZKPQ) ，and platelet MAO activity was measured at the same time. Results: 1. Total sensation seeking score、Thrill and adventure seeking score、Experience seeking score、Impulsive sensation seeking score were negatively correlated to depression score in MMPI（r=-0.349，P=0.002）（r=-0.23，P=0.042）（r=-0.431，P=0.000）（r=-0.235，P=0.003）; Disinhibition score is positively correlated to hypomania score in MMPI（0.237，P=0.035）；2. Impulsive sensation seeking score is negatively correlated to platelet monoamine oxidase activity. Conclusions: The trait of sensation seeking is related to depression、hypomania in MMPI; platelet monoamine oxidase activity can be treated as a stable biological marker which is related to the impulsivity-sensation seeking trait.
