| 目的:探讨畸形中央尖牙齿的保存治疗的有效方法.方法:在门诊随诊病例117例中,对于非感染型畸形中央尖病例采取多次的调磨或一次性去除中央尖盖髓疗法,对于感染型的畸形中央尖病例采取活髓切断术保护根髓或采取根尖诱导成形术以封闭根尖孔促进根发育完成.结果:经两年追踪疗效观察,117例中,得以治愈保留的患牙共109例,总有效率达93.2%,取得满意疗效.结论:畸形中央尖患者应早期治疗,有希望保存活髓,使牙齿根尖发育完成.若待出现炎症反应时就诊,保护活髓治疗是十分困难的,只能采取摘除牙髓促进根尖形成的方法. |

| Abstract: |
| To evaluate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in high myopia with cataract. Methods:Thirty eyes of 25 cases with high myopia and cataract were included (axial length≥25.5 mm) and hardness of nucleus was grade 2 in 8 eyes,grade 3 in 18 eyes and grade 4 in 4 eyes. Tunnel incision was made and in situ nuclear fracture technique by phacoemulsification was used. Results: The best corrected visual acuity of 18 eyes(60%) were ressolved quickly. Conclusions: This operation is suitable for high myopia with cataract. |
