摘要:

目的:评价高度近视合并白内障超声乳化摘出术的临床效果.方法:25例(30眼)眼轴长>25.5mm的高度近视合并白内障,其中II级核8眼,III级核18眼,IV级核4眼.采用巩膜隧道式切口及囊袋内超声乳化术,并植入人工晶体(IOL).结果:术后1个月最佳矫正视力≥0.5者18眼(60%),手术后并发症有角膜水肿和房水混浊,均很快消退.结论:超声乳化摘出术适用于高度近视并发白内障.术前精确测量眼轴和计算IOL度数是提高高度近视并发白内障患者术后视力的重要因素,也需要术者具有熟练的手术技巧和经验.

Abstract:

To evaluate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in high myopia with cataract. Methods:Thirty eyes of 25 cases with high myopia and cataract were included (axial length≥25.5 mm) and hardness of nucleus was grade 2 in 8 eyes,grade 3 in 18 eyes and grade 4 in 4 eyes. Tunnel incision was made and in situ nuclear fracture technique by phacoemulsification was used. Results: The best corrected visual acuity of 18 eyes(60%) were ressolved quickly. Conclusions: This operation is suitable for high myopia with cataract.
