摘要:

研究增殖细胞核抗原(Proliferating cell nuclear antigen ，PCNA)在肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测49例HCC病人手术后的存档石蜡切片组织中PCNA的表达情况，分别与肿瘤大小、癌灶数目、病理分级、肝硬化、包膜、门脉瘤栓、乙肝表面抗原等临床病理指标对比，并分析其表达与术后无瘤生存时间的关系。结果：PCNA表达与肿瘤大小、癌灶数目、癌栓、病理分级有相关性（P＜0.05），而与有无肝硬化、包膜情况、乙肝表面抗原等无关（P＞0.05）。PCNA低表达组病例的术后无瘤生存时间显著高于高表达组（19.2±2.64）月vs（9.73±2.37）月（P＜0.05）。结论：PCNA高表达可能对HCC浸润转移起促进作用；PCNA 的表达与HCC预后有关，可能是反映HCC生物学行为及预后的重要标志物。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its clinical significance. Methods: Expression of PCNA was immunohistochemically detected in 49 paraffinemb edded specimen of HCC cases, and compared with clinic-pathological parameters respectively. Results: Twenty-three (48.97%) of 49 HCC cases showed high PCNA expression, 26 (51.03%) showed low PCNA expression. PCNA expression was related to tumor size, the numbers of tumors, portal vein embolus, and pathological grade (P＜0.05). The postoperative disease-free survival of patients in the group with low PCNA expression was significantly longer than that of high PCNA expression （19.2±2.64）vs (9.73±2.37) months(P＜0.05). Conclusion: PCNA is an important marker reflecting biological behavivors and prognosis of HCC patients.
