益智冲剂对小鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用

摘要:

目的:观察益智冲剂对小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响.方法:制备小鼠东莨菪碱记忆获得障碍模型及小鼠脑血管性学习记忆障碍模型.以人参茎叶皂苷为阳性对照,通过跳台实验记录小鼠训练成绩及记忆成绩,观察益智冲剂对小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响.结果:益智冲剂对上述两种记忆障碍模型小鼠,可显著减少训练错误次数和记忆错误次数(P<0.01).结论:益智冲剂对小鼠记忆障碍有改善作用.

Abstract:

To observe the effects of Yi Zhi Chong Ji(YZCJ) on improving learning and memory in mice.Methods:Two kinds of models of dysmnesia were respectively established by injection of scopolamine (0.5 mg·kg-1.ip) and repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in mice .Influences of YZCJ on the dysmnesia were studied by the step-down test, and the results of learning and memory results were recorded.Results:The number of error in Step-down test was significantly fewer, and the cumulated stimulating time was obviously shorter in the YZCJ group than in the other model groups. Conclusion:The above results suggest that YZCJ be used to treat dysmnesia by both injection of scopolamine and repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
