| 观察乳腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(Matrix metalloproteinases, MMP-9)基因产物表达的情况, 以探讨MMP-9在乳腺癌浸润和转移过程中的作用。方法: 采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测76例乳腺浸润癌中MMP-9的表达情况。其中无淋巴结转移36例，有淋巴结转移40例。结果:MMP-9 在淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移两组之间的差异具有显著性（P<0.05）。转移组淋巴结转移灶癌细胞MMP-9的阳性表达例多于原发灶，但无显著性差异。结论: 乳腺癌的淋巴道转移与MMP-9的表达具有显著相关性，检测MMP-9蛋白表达将有助于判断乳腺癌的转移潜能及预后。 |

| To investigate the relationship between the lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma and the expression of MMP-9 protein and find the effect of the protein during the course of invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma. Methods: Expression of MMP-9 protein is examined immunohistochemistrily in 76 cases of breast carcinomas including 40 cases with lymph node metastasis and 36 cases without lymph node metastasis. Results: There is a significant difference in MMP-9 expressions between the lymph node metastasis group and the non- lymphnode- metastasis group. There is no significant difference of MMP-9 expression between the primary tumors and the metastasis lesions, but the cases of MMP-9 positive expression in the metastasis focus are more than those of primary focus. Conclusions: The lymph node metastasis is associated with the expression of MMP-9 in breast carcinoma. |
