蝎毒对人白血病细胞株的抑制作用

摘要:
目的:采用3种人白血病细胞株(人B淋巴细胞株RAji、人早幼粒白血病细胞株H-60、人红白血病细胞株K562)作为实验模型,观察东亚钳蝎毒对人白血病细胞的生长抑制作用.方法:台盼蓝排染法细胞计数观察细胞生长、MTT法检测蝎毒对细胞的毒性、流式细胞术分析凋亡细胞.结果:蝎毒对Raji、HL-60、K562 3种人白血病细胞具有明显的细胞毒性和生长抑制作用(P<0.01,P<0.05),并且其作用强度在一定范围内呈现浓度和时间依赖性.结论:蝎毒对人白血病细胞具有抑制作用.

Abstract:
To investigate the effect of Buthus Martensii Karsch(BMK) on the inhibition of human leukemia cells in vitro. Methods:The BMK was used in three leukemia cell lines, Raji、HL-60 and K562 . The proliferation of leukemia cells was observed with thpanblue assay. The cytotoxic effect of BMK on these cells was recorded with MTT method method and apoptosis of these cells was detected by flow cytometry . Results: BMK possessed the significant cytotoxic and growth inhibition effect in the leukemia cells in vitro campared to the control(P<0.01,P<0.05), and the effect of BMK was dose and time dependent within a limited range. Conclusions: BMK has antitumor effect to human leukemia cell line in vitro.
