老年人胃癌462例的内镜及临床分析

摘要:

目的:总结老年人胃癌的内镜及临床特点.方法:统计我院15年来,内镜检出、病理证实的老年人胃癌462例,从性别、年龄段、临床表现、内镜表现及组织等分类方面,进行归纳分析.结果:检出率7.29%,男女之比6.83:1,检出率与年龄呈负相关,临床表现缺乏特异性,内镜下以BorrmonⅡ型多见(39.18%);发病部位以贲门胃底为多发(40.26%); 病理以腺癌居多(90.48%),且其恶性程度较高.结论:老年人胃癌有其自身特异性.

Abstract:

To analyze the endoslopy and clinic characteristics of old patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods: A tetrospective investigation, which included sex,age,clinic and endoslopy with biopsy characteristics,was made in 462 old patients.Results:positive rate was 7.29%. male of them in 403, and female is 59(male vs female 6.83:1). There is a negative correlatation between positive rate and the sex of patients.The patients had no particular clinical characte ristics. We found Brrman's Ⅱ type is more than other types(39.18%). carcinoma in cardiac and fundus of stomach was more than other position(40.26%). carcinoma of grands was the most than others(9048%).conclusions:The old patients with gastric carcinoma had its own characteristics in sex,age and endoscopy with biopsy.
