心得安联合佩尔地平预防颈丛阻滞心血管副作用的临床观察

摘要:

观察心得安、佩尔地平联合用药对颈丛阻滞时心血管副作用的影响。方法：选择28例甲状腺腺瘤病人分为两组：Ⅰ组为实验组术前30 min口服心得安，并在入手术室后，静注佩尔地平10 μg/kg，颈丛阻滞10 min左右用3～5 μg·kg-1·min-1的佩尔地平维持；Ⅱ组为对照组，不给任何影响血压、心率的药物。结果：两组病人术前收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压及心率无显著性差异；颈丛阻滞后两组病人的上述指标均有不同程度的变化，Ⅰ组病人升高较少，两组间比较存在显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论：心得安与佩尔地平联合用药能有效防止颈丛阻滞时的心血管副作用。

Abstract:

TO study the prevention to cardiovascular side-effect of combination using propranolol and perdipine in cervical plexus block.Methods 28 consecutive patients with cervical plexus block were randomly assigned into two groups. Group I (Trial group): 30 min before cervical plexus block, every patient in this group oral drug preparation propranolol 10 mg and perdipine 10 μg/kg injection of vein after arriving operation room, then maintenance with 3～5 μg/kg·min. Group Ⅱ(control group): In this group,patients didn't giving any drug to affect blood pressure(BP), Heart rate(HR) before of after cervical plexus block. Result To compare the systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), mean arterial pressure(MAP) and HR before operation, there were no significant difference between two groups. After cervical plexus block, at every selected point, SBP, DBP, MAP and HR in group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in cervical plexus block could prevent the cardiovascular side-effects effectively.
