摘要:

探讨p16，PCNA和CD44V6的表达与乳腺癌的淋巴道转移及与预后的关系。方法：应用ABC法，对90例乳腺癌及淋巴结转移癌进行免疫组化染色，同时对其中43例进行随访，随访时间72～144个月。结果：（1）p16表达强度在有淋巴结转移组明显低于无转移组（P=0.003），PCNA的表达则相反（P=0.026），CD44V6的表达强度及百分比在两组间均无明显差异。（2）CD44V6染色百分比与患者生存时间有关（P=0.035），回归系数为0.246。结论:淋巴结转移与乳腺癌细胞的增殖能力有关。CD44V6表达的百分比可作为判断患者预后的一个指标

Abstract:

To study the expression of p16 protein, PCNA and CD44V6 in breast cancer ,and the relationship between them and lymph nodes metastases and prognosis. Methods: ABC immunohistochemistry method was used in 90 cases of primary breast cancer and lymph nodes metastases. Results:Compared with non-metastatic group, the expression of p16 protein was significantly lower in metastatic group(P=0.003); to the contrary, the expression of PCNA was higher in metastatic group(P=0.026). The expression percentage of CD44V6 was related to survival time(P=0.035). Conclusion:Proliferation ability of breast cancer cells correlated to their metastatic ability. Expression percentage of CD44V6 could be looked as one of the prognostic factor of breast cancer.
