急性脑梗死患者血浆GMP-140浓度与血小板聚集功能相关性研究

摘要:
探讨急性脑梗死血浆GMP-140浓度与血小板聚集功能的相关性及临床意义。方法:对45例急性脑梗死患者进行研究,与20例健康人作对照,在发病3天内(急性期)及2周时(恢复期)抽取肘静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测定血浆GMP-140浓度、血小板聚集率(PAgT)采用TYXN-96I多功能智能血液仪测定。结果:血浆GMP-140浓度与PAgT呈显著正相关(r=0.538,P<0.01)。脑梗死急性期血浆GMP-140浓度、PAgT显著高于恢复期和对照组(P<0.001),恢复期血浆(GMP-140浓度高于对照组(P<0.01),而PAgT与对照组无显差异。结论:急性脑梗死血浆GMP-140浓度与PAgT呈正相关,恢复期血奖GMP-140浓度能更准确地反映血小板活化程度,急性脑梗死患者应给予较长时间抗血小板聚集治疗

Abstract:
To study the relativity between the concentration of GMP-140 in plasma and platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the clinical significance. Methods 45patients(male 22,female 23)with acute cerebral infarction and 20 normal control cases (male 12,female 18) with age and sex matched participated in this study.The venous blood were collected within 3 days and in 2 weeks after stroke.The concentration of GMP-140 in plasma measured by two-antibody-sandwich method ELISA and platelet aggregation(PAgT)measured by TYXN-967 multi-function intellectualized blood measure apparatus.Results:The concentration of GMP-140 in plasma and PAgT in acute cerebral infarction were significantly direct correlation (r=0.538,P<0.01). The concentration of GMP-140 in plasma and PAgT in the acute stage were significantly higher than that in recovered stage(P<0.001). The GMP-140 concentration in plasma in recovered stage is still higher than normal control cases (P<0.01), but the difference of PAgT between the recovered stage and the normal control cases were not statistically significant.Conclusions: The concentration of GMP-140 in plasma and PAgT in acute cerebral infarction were significantly direct correlation.The concentration of GMP-140 in plasma in recovered stage more well and truly reflect the degrees of platelets activation. The anti-platelet treatment should last for a longer time for the patient in acute cerebral infarction.
