| 摘要: |
| 探讨bFGF促血管生成能力及与肉瘤恶性增殖的相关性。方法：采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测62例不同组织学分级肉瘤中bFGF、CD34、PCNA基因产物表达情况。结果：Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级肉瘤bFGF阳性表达率分别为58.8%(10/17)，92.9%(26/28)，94.1%(16/17)，Ⅰ级与Ⅱ、Ⅲ级之间有显著差异(P＜0.05)，计数CD34抗体染色阳性的血管内皮细胞，算得MVD最低为3，最高为113，平均为32.6，肉瘤中PCNA的表达强度分布为：-为5例(8%)、＋为10例(16.1%)、＋＋为31例(50%)、＋＋＋为16例(25.8%)。bFGF与肉瘤的临床病理分级、MVD及PCNA的表达呈显著相关。结论：bFGF表达与肉瘤恶性度相关，相关性可能与bFGF促进血管形成和肉瘤细胞的增殖有关，检测bFGF表达可能为判断肉瘤的恶性程度提供帮助 |

| Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on the angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation in sarcoma. Methods:Expressions of bFGF,CD34 and PCNA proteins in 62 sarcoma were examined by immunohistochemistry. Result:The positive expression of bFGF pathological grade Ⅰ、Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 58.8% (10/11), 92.9%(26/27), 94.1%(16/17) respectively. The microvessel density(MVD)was 3-113. The grade destribution of PCNA expression was: negative 5 cases(8%),+10 cases(16.1%),++ 31 cases(50%), +++16 cases(25.8%). The expression of bFGF was positively correlated with pathological grade, MVD and proliferative potential of sarcomas. Conclusions: The detection of expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) may help judge the malignancy of sarcoma |
