摘要:

目的:观察灵芝发酵液对荷瘤小鼠有关免疫指标的变化.方法:U14瘤细胞荷瘤纯系BALB/C小鼠30只建立动物模型,随机分为灵芝发酵液治疗组、环磷酰胺治疗组和生理盐水对照组各10只,观察灵芝发酵液对荷瘤鼠NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率、TNF-α和NO等免疫指标的影响.结果:显示灵芝发酵液能显著提高腹水型荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性(P＜0.01)及淋巴细胞增殖率(P＜0.01),以及血清TNF-α和NO含量(均P＜0.01).结论:灵芝发酵液能显著提高荷瘤小鼠免疫系统的活性.

Abstract:

To investigate the effects of Ganoderma Lucidum Fermentative Liquid(GLF) on the immune system of mice with tumors. Thirty of BALB/C inbred mice inoculated with U14 tumor cells were equally divided GLF treated group,CTX treated group and saline control group. The effects of immune system by Ganoderma Lucidum Fermentative Liquid were evaluated by NK cell activity,the spleen lymphocyte multiplying rate and serum concentration of TNF－αand NO.NK cell activity in the treated group (61.29±1.69%) was higher than that in tle control group (49.69±1.28% P＜0.01). And the spleen lymphocyte multiplying rate in the treated group reached 58.11±1.88%, being more higher than the control group(54.52±3.86% P＜0.01).The serum concentration of TNFα and NO in the treated group were 96.49±3.83 pg/ml and 57.92±3.52umol/L respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.01). The result suggesed that the antitumor effects of Ganoderma Lucidum Fermentative Liquid may be mediated by activation of the host's immune system
