| 摘要: |
| 探讨细胞增殖状态与细胞转移力的关系.方法:采用流式细胞术,测定两株腹水型肝癌细胞的DNA含量,进而提供细胞增殖状态的信息.结果:F和P细胞的DNA指数及细胞增殖指数均无显著性差异.F细胞的淋巴结转移瘤的C2/M期比率高于其原发瘤.结论:两株细胞的转移率与细胞的增殖状态无明显的相关性. |

| Abstract: |
| Objective:To investigate the relationship of cell cycle distribution and metastasis in two tumor cell lines.Methods:The DNA contents of two hepatic carcinoma cell lines were studied by flow cytometry. Results:The DNA index and proliferative index between higher metastatic F cell and lower metastatic P cell were no significant differences,but G2/M phase of tumor cells with lymphatic metastasis were remarkably higher than that of F cell in non-metastasis. Conclusion: The two hepatic carcinoma cell lines with different lymph node metastatic capacities were no differences in cell proliferation. |
