| 采用免疫组化法检测127例间叶组织肿瘤中PCNA、p53、pRb基因产物的表达与间叶组织肿瘤恶性程度的相关性。结果：85例恶性间叶组织肿瘤中，PCNA、p53、pRb基因产物的阳性表达率分别为84.7%(72/85)，541%(46/85)，58.8%(50/85)；42例良性间叶组织肿瘤中，PCNA、p53、pRb基因产物的阳性表达率分别为40%(17/42)，16.7%(7/42)，21.4%(9/42)。两者差异显著(P<0.001)。结果：检测PCNA、p53、pRb基因产物表达有助于判断间叶组织肿瘤的良恶性和推测预后。 |

| To study the correlation between the expression of PCNA、p53、pRb gene proteins and malignancy of mesenchymal tumors using immunohistochemical staining. Of 85 malignant mesenchymal tumors, the expressions of PCNA、p53、pRb gene proteins were 84.7%(72/85), 54.1%(46/85), 58.8%(50/85), respectively, Of 42 benign mesenchymal tumors, the expressions of PCNA、p53、pRb gene proteins were 40%(17/42), 16.7%(7/42), 21.4%(9/42).The difference between benign and malignant mesenchynal tumors in the expression of PCNA、p53、pRb gene proteins is significant.The over expression of PCNA、p53、pRb gene proteins contributes to judge malignancy and prognosis of mesenchynal tumors. |
