| 用放射免疫分析法检测40例女性类风湿关节炎(RheumatoidArthriits,RA)患者血清中IL-1β和TNF-α的水平,以39名健康女性血清为对照.同时检测了RA病人血沉(ESR)及C反应蛋白(CRP).结果:女性RA患者血清中IL-1β和TNF-α的水平高于对照组,且分别与ESR及CRP呈正相关;IL-1β与TNF-α也呈正相关关系.提示:IL-1β及TNF-α是RA炎症及关节损伤重要介质,且能反映疾病活动状况,IL-1β和TNF-α在致病中存在协同作用. |

| IL-1β and TNF-α were determined from sera of 40 female patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and 39 controls by radioimmunoassay.ESR and CRP of RA were detected,too.The results showed both of IL-1β and TNF-α in RA patients were higher than controls(P＜0.001，P＜0.02) and had positive relation with ESR and CRP.Furthermore,positive association was noted between IL-1β and TNF-α.The results suggested that IL-1β and TNF-α have been implicated as important mediators of inflammation and joint destruction in RA,and they have relation to disease activity |
