| 用Versapulse532nm激光治疗毛细血管扩张180例及动物实验,探讨其临床疗效与激光参数的关系.临床观察表明Versapulse532nm激光治疗毛细血管扩张可经1～4次治疗后血管消退,未见明显副作用.动物实验发现激光照射后,其血红蛋白吸收能量而出现红细胞变性,血栓形成;用激光治疗后的血管,能量高时有轻度出血现象,能量低时红细胞不能凝固,也可有个别出血.该激光对毛细血管扩张有较好的疗效,其效果与激光参数的选择有关. |

| To study the relation between clinical effectiveness and laser parameter,180 cases of telangiectasis were treated with Versapulse532nm laser and animal experiment was performed. Clinical observation showed that the vessels of telangiectases faded after 1～4 treatments with Versapulse532nm laser.It was showed in the animal experiment that after laser irradiation, there were degeneration of erythrocytes and formation of thrombus due to the absorption of energy by hemoglobin.When the absorbed energy was high,there was moderated |
