摘要:

随着肺癌高危人群高分辨率计算机断层扫描（high resolution computed tomography, HRCT）筛查的普及，多发肺磨玻璃结节（ground-glass nodule, GGN）的检出率逐年升高。关于多发肺GGN的诊断和治疗策略也越来越受到重视，但目前国际上的相关指南多来自于呼吸、肿瘤及影像专业学者的撰写，缺乏对微创胸外科的充分认识，造成外科治疗在多发肺GGN诊治中的作用不明确，甚至被低估。本文通过对多发肺GGN的特点、治疗方法、临床经验以及过度诊断等方面进行综述，旨在为临床工作者提供理论和实践指导。

Abstract:

With the popularization of high resolution computed tomography(HRCT) screening in high-risk groups of lung cancer, the detection rate of multiple pulmonary ground-glass nodule(GGN) has increased year by year. More and more attention has been paid to the diagnosis and treatment strategies of multiple pulmonary GGN, but the international guidelines are mostly formulated by respiratory scientist, oncologist, or radiologist. This may lack adequate awareness of minimally invasive thoracic surgery, and lead to an underestimation of the role of minimally invasive thoracic surgery. This article reviews the characteristics, treatment methods, clinical experience and overdiagnosis of multiple pulmonary GGN, hoping to provide theoretical and practical guidance for clinicians.
