TGF-β2和CD105在卵巢浆液性癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要:
目的 探讨转化生长因子-β2(TGF-β2)和内皮糖蛋白(CD105)在卵巢浆液性癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 运用免疫组化SP法检测50例卵巢浆液性癌手术切除标本中TGF-β2和CD105的表达情况,并分析它们与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 (1)TGF-β2在卵巢浆液性癌中的阳性率为82%,与癌组织的FIGO分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄及病理分级无关(P>0.05);(2)CD105标记的微血管密度(CD105-MVD)在卵巢浆液性癌中为11.12±1.97,与癌组织的病理分级、FIGO分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄无关(P>0.05);(3)TGF-β2和CD105在卵巢浆液性癌组织中表达呈显著正相关(r=0.570,P<0.05)。结论 TGF-β2和CD105与卵巢浆液性癌的病情进展密切相关,二者联合检测有助于判断卵巢浆液性癌的生物学行为和预后评估。

Abstract:
Objective  To investigate the expression and clinical significance of transforming growth factor-β2 (TGF-β2) and endoglin (CD105) in ovarian serous carcinoma. Methods  The expression of TGF-β2 and CD105 in 50 cases of serous ovarian carcinoma was detected in surgically resected specimens by SP immunohistochemical method, and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results  The positive rate of TGF-β2 in ovarian serous carcinoma was 82%, which was correlated with FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), but not correlated with age and pathological grade (P>0.05); CD105-MVD was 11.12±1.97 in ovarian serous carcinoma, which was correlated with pathological grade, FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), but not correlated with age of the patients (P>0.05); The expression of TGF-β2 and CD105 in ovarian serous carcinoma was positively correlated (r=0.570, P<0.05). Conclusion  TGF-β2 and CD105 are closely related to the progression of ovarian serous cancer, and the combined detection of TGF-β2 and CD105 could be helpful to evaluate the biological behavior and prognosis of serous ovarian carcinoma.
