关节镜下肩袖修补术后镇痛的研究进展

摘要:

随着健康理念的深入及医疗技术的发展，肩关节镜手术广泛开展。肩袖损伤术后会引起剧烈的疼痛，严重影响患者术后的功能康复和对手术的满意度。目前临床上应用多种方法缓解术后疼痛，包括阿片类药物镇痛（opioid analgesia）、非阿片类药物镇痛（nonopioid analgesia）、肩峰下或关节腔内局部麻醉药物浸润、肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞（interscalene brachial plexus block，ISB）、肩胛上神经阻滞（suprascapular nerve block，SSNB）或伴腋神经阻滞（axillary nerve block，ANB）、低温疗法及多模式镇痛（multimodal anesthesia，MMA）等。本文对各种缓解术后疼痛方法的优缺点进行综述。

Abstract:

With the development of health concept and medical technology, shoulder arthroscopic surgeries have been widely carried out. Rotator cuff injury causes severe pain, which seriously affects the postoperative functional recovery and surgical satisfaction of patients. Currently, a variety of clinical methods are used to relieve postoperative pain, including opioid analgesia, non-opioid analgesia, subacromial or intra-articular local anesthesia drug infiltration (SSB), interscalene brachial plexus block (ISB), suprascapular nerve block (SSNB) or axillary nerve block (ANB), hypothermia therapy and multimodal anesthesia (MMA). This paper reviews the advantages and disadvantages of each method.
