摘要:

目的 探讨斯钙素2（stanniocalcin 2，STC2）在肾细胞癌（renal cell carcinoma，RCC）患者外周血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法 通过荧光实时定量-聚合酶链反应（real time-polymerase chain reaction，real time-PCR）和酶联免疫吸附法（enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay，ELISA）检测60例肾细胞癌患者（RCC组）和60例正常人群（对照组）血清中STC2基因和蛋白水平表达，并结合患者临床病理参数及生存情况进行预后分析。结果 RCC组患者血清中STC2在基因和蛋白水平表达均较对照组升高（P<0.001），外周血清STC2基因高表达者更多见于出现血尿、腰痛及腹部肿块等临床表现、肿瘤WHO/ISUP分级高、AJCC临床分期晚及出现淋巴转移和远处转移RCC患者（P<0.001），STC2低表达RCC组患者总体生存期长于高表达者（P>0.05）。结论 RCC组患者血清中STC2表达升高，术前外周血STC2高表达RCC患者预后较差，STC2有望成为RCC患者新的预后判断指标。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the expression level of serum stanniocalcin 2 in patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and discuss its potential clinical significance.Methods Real time-polymerase chain reaction and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to measure the mRNA and protein expression levels of STC2 in 60 RCC patients and 60 healthy persons.The relationship between STC2 expression in the peripheral blood of renal cell carcinoma patients and other clinical pathological parameters was then analyzed. The patients were followed-up for prognostic analysis. Results The serum level of STC2 in RCC group was higher than that in control group (P<0.001). Patients with high expression of serum STC2 more commonly demonstrated clinical manifestations such as hematuria, low back pain and abdominal masses, high tumor WHO/ISUP grade, late AJCC clinical stage, lymphatic metastasis and distant metastasis (P<0.001). Conclusion STC2 is highly expressed in the serum of RCC patients. Preoperative elevation of STC2 in RCC patients indicates poor prognosis. The increase of STC2 may have certain clinical value for the prognosis of RCC patients.
