系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种以多种淋巴细胞异常活化、多种自身抗体产生和多器官受累为特征的自身免疫性疾病。自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞是固有免疫系统的重要组成部分,在感染免疫、肿瘤免疫以及自身免疫中发挥十分重要的作用。本文就NK细胞在SLE发病中的作用作一综述。 |

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a typical autoimmune disease characterized by immunologic abnormalities of immune cells and multi-organ involvement. Natural killer (NK) cells are an important part of innate immune system and play an important role in infection immunity, tumor immunity and autoimmunity. This article reviews the characteristics of NK cell and its role in the pathogenesis of SLE. |
