| 近年来随着内镜微创技术的发展，内镜黏膜下剥离术（endoscopic submucosal dissection，ESD）及其衍生术式在早期胃癌（early gastric cancer，EGC）诊疗中的应用越来越广泛，如经口牵引辅助下ESD （DFC-ESD）、基于前哨淋巴结导航的腹腔镜与内镜联合手术（LECS）、内镜黏膜下隧道剥离术（ESTD）等具有创伤小，安全性高等优势。本文就ESD在早期胃癌临床治疗中的应用进展进行综述。 |

| In recent years, with the development of endoscopic minimally invasive techniques, endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) and its derivatives have become more and more widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer (EGC). For example, Oral traction-assisted ESD (DFC-ESD), laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery (LECS) combined with sentinel lymph node navigation, and endoscopic submucosal tunnel dissection (ESTD) have the advantages of less trauma and high safety. The application progress of ESD in the clinical treatment of early gastric cancer is reviewed. |
