| 初诊Ⅳ期乳腺癌是不可治愈的疾病，治疗主要目的是为了缓解症状，提高患者生存质量和延长患者生存期。手术治疗能否给初诊Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者带来生存获益仍存在争议，但手术对控制局部症状、提高生活质量可能起到一定作用。目前对于初诊Ⅳ期乳腺癌更强调个体化、系统化治疗，是否进行局部手术需根据多种因素及多学科意见综合考虑。 |

| Abstract: |
| Stage Ⅳ breast cancer is considered incurable. The main purpose of treatment is to relieve symptoms, improve the patient's quality of life, and prolong survival. At present, whether surgical treatment of newly diagnosed stage Ⅳ breast cancer can bring survival benefits to patients in theory is still controversial, but it may play a role in controlling local symptoms and improving the quality of life. For newly diagnosed stage Ⅳ breast cancer, individualized and systematic treatment is emphasized. Multiple factors should be considered for local surgery, and multidisciplinary opinions are particularly important. |
