肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,病毒感染和环境因素均可以导致肝癌。目前关于HCC的研究已有许多,但是其发展的具体分子机制仍不清楚。Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与肿瘤发生有着密切的关系,该通路的异常活化参与了包括肝癌等多种肿瘤的发病过程。Dickkopf(DKK)家族是Wnt信号通路的关键抑制剂,可以调节HCC的发生发展。此外,DKK在组织和血清中的表达对肿瘤也具有诊断和预后价值。本文对DKK家族成员在肝癌发生发展中的作用研究进展进行综述。 |

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignancies in the world. There are multiple etiologic factors including viral and environmental influences that can lead to HCC. At present, there are many researches on HCC, however the molecular mechanism of its specific development is still unclear. Abnormal activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is involved in the pathogenesis of various cancers and has been found to contribute to the development and progress of HCC. Dickkopf (DKK) family is a key inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway, which can regulate the development of HCC. In addition, DKK levels in tissues and serum have diagnostic and prognostic values. This article reviews the specific research progress of four DKK family members in HCC, and provides novel ideas for future treatment of HCC. |
