| 糖皮质激素（glucocorticoids，GC）是一种由机体肾上腺皮质分泌的甾体激素，可以调节人体物质代谢。由于GC具有抗过敏，减轻恶心、呕吐等作用而在产科手术广泛使用，但对孕妇有升高血糖等潜在风险，应用糖皮质激素对胎儿是否有影响也值得讨论。本文就GC在剖宫产孕妇的应用和其对母体胎儿的影响进行综述。 |

| Glucocorticoids (GC) is a steroid hormone secreted by the adrenal cortex, regulating the metabolism of human body. It is widely used in obstetric surgery because of its anti-allergic effect and relief of nausea and vomiting. It is worthwhile to discuss whether there is a potential risk of raising blood sugar and whether glucocorticoids have an effect on the fetus. This article reviews the application of glucocorticoids in pregnant women with cesarean section and their effects on mother and fetuses. |
