经鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎386例疗效观察

摘要:

目的 探讨经鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法 回顾性分析2015年6月至2019年6月收治的慢性泪囊炎患者 386例（392只眼），采用经鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术进行手术治疗，术后随访3~6个月，观察术眼泪溢、溢脓等情况。结果 经鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗386例（392只眼）患者，治愈348例（354只眼），好转23例（23只眼），无效15例（15只眼）。治愈率90.2%，好转率5.9%，无效率 3.9%。结论 经鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效确切，具有术野清晰、创伤小、面部无疤痕等优点。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the effect of endonasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 386 patients (392 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis admitted to Shenyang the Fourth Hospital of People from June 2015 to June 2019. The patients were treated with endonasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy(EE-DCR). The patients were followed up for 3-6 months after the operation to observe the overflow of tears and pus. Results EE-DCR was performed in 386 patients (392 eyes), cured in 348 (354 eyes), improved in 23 (23 eyes), and failed in 15 (15 eyes). The cure rate was 90.2%, improvement rate 5.9%, and failure rate 3.9%. Conclusion EE-DCR is effective in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. It has the advantages of clear operation field, little trauma and no facial scar.
