| 液体活检是近几年来兴起的一种分子检测手段，可以帮助临床医生早期筛查和发现肿瘤，为肿瘤的早期诊断提供了一种比常规肿瘤标志物灵敏性及特异性更高的替代方法。同时，液体活检还具有实时监测治疗疗效和耐药基因的产生，评估复发转移风险的作用，在肿瘤的精准治疗中具有重要临床应用前景。本文主要对液体活检的生物学特性及其在消化道肿瘤中的临床应用进行概述。 |

| Liquid biopsy is a new molecular detection method in recent years, which can help clinicians screen and detect cancer earlier. It offers an alternative method with higher sensitivity and specificity than conventional tumor markers for early diagnosis of tumors. At the same time, liquid biopsy can also monitor the therapeutic efficacy in real time and the production of resistant genes in the tumor and evaluate the risk for metastatic relapse. It has an important clinical application prospect in the individualized and precise treatment of tumors. The biological characteristics of liquid biopsy and its clinical application in gastrointestinal cancer are reviewed in this article. |
