摘要:

目的 探讨FBXO11在透明细胞性肾细胞癌（clear cell renal cell carcinoma，CCRCC）中表达的意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测77例CCRCC患者肿瘤及35例癌旁组织FBXO11蛋白的表达，分析FBXO11蛋白表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。将CCRCC患者临床病理特征及FBXO11蛋白表达进行COX单因素分析。将单因素分析中有统计学意义的因素引入COX多因素模型，分析影响CCRCC患者总生存期（overall survival，OS）缩短的独立危险因素。结果 FBXO11蛋白阳性表达率在CCRCC中为48.1%，明显高于癌旁组织的25.7%（P<0.05）。FBXO11蛋白阳性表达率在无静脉内癌栓组明显低于有静脉内癌栓组（P<0.05）。COX单因素分析显示高组织学分级、伴有远处转移和高表达FBXO11蛋白是CCRCC患者OS缩短的危险因素（P<0.05）。COX多因素分析显示高表达FBXO11蛋白是CCRCC患者OS缩短的独立预后因素。结论 FBXO11蛋白的高表达可能与CCRCC进展快及患者生存时间短密切相关，检测FBXO11蛋白对CCRCC患者的预后判断有参考价值。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of FBXO11 expression in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC). Methods FBXO11 protein expression was detected in CCRCC tissue and adjacent normal renal tissue by immunohistochemistry. Chi-square and Cox regression statistics were used to determine the significance of FBXO11 expression between clinicopathological parameters and for patient prognosis. Results The positive expression rate of FBXO11 protein was significant higher in CCRCC 48.1% (37/77) than in adjacent renal tissues 25.7% (9/35). FBXO11 protein expression frequency in the group without tumor thrombus was significantly lower than that in the group with tumor thrombus. Higher histological grade, distant metastasis and higher FBXO11 levels were associated with poor overall survival (OS) in CCRCC patients. And FBXO11 expression was an independent prognostic indicator for OS. Conclusions FBXO11 expression would be an indicator of poor prognosis in CCRCC. Its therapeutic value is worth to study further.
