当个体靶向治疗成为医学常规手段,分子诊断的临床需求日益增加。这就要求基因检测方法更准确、快速、简单易用。高分辨熔解曲线分析技术是以PCR扩增为基础的目标基因检测技术。该技术不仅具有单基因检测灵敏、快速的优点,同时可以检测全部基因变异类型、灵活扩展检测通量,并以特有的低成本、低污染风险特点使其在临床分子诊断领域具有巨大开发潜能和应用价值。 |

Molecular diagnostics has become more and more important in the era of personal treatment. Genotyping and gene mutation scanning are required faster and more accurate. High-resolution melting analysis is a PCR based method focusing on target gene detection. It is not only fast, sensitive, low-cost and low-risk contamination, but it can detect all types of gene variations with flexibly increasing throughput. It is a promising way in clinical molecular diagnostics. |
