在肿瘤疾病研究中,外泌体是近年来的研究热点。外泌体是由细胞分泌的囊泡样小体,能够帮助肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸,促进肿瘤细胞转移;可作为肿瘤鉴别诊断的标志物;可以激活免疫系统抑制肿瘤发展;还可以作为潜在的天然载体将功能性miRNA和化疗药物传递到肿瘤细胞进行治疗。本文总结了外泌体的结构功能,重点论述了外泌体在恶性肿瘤疾病中的作用机制及诊断治疗中的应用。 |

In recent years, exosomes have become hot spots in tumor research. Exosomes are vesicle-like bodies secreted by cells, help tumor cells evade surveillance of the immune system, promote metastasis of tumor cells and also can be used as markers for differential diagnosis of tumors. In addition, they can activate the immune system to inhibit tumor progression and deliver functional miRNAs and chemotherapeutic drugs to tumor cells for treatment as potential natural carriers. This article summarizes the structural function of exosomes, focusing on the roles of exosomes in malignant neoplasms and their applications in diagnosis and treatment. |
