目的 观察Bax蛋白在硅油眼并发白内障晶状体上皮细胞中的表达,分析凋亡蛋白与硅油眼并发白内障的关系。方法 收集2009年6月至2010年9月在大连医科大学附属第二医院眼科行白内障手术治疗患者的晶状体前囊膜共45例45眼,其中包括老年性白内障20例20眼,硅油眼并发白内障18例18眼,透明晶状体脱位7例7眼,通过HE染色及免疫组化的方法观察Bax蛋白在老年性白内障、硅油眼并发白内障及晶状体脱位患者的晶状体上皮细胞中的表达情况。结果 硅油眼并发白内障前囊膜下细胞基质中可见硅油小滴。Bax蛋白在白内障晶状体上皮细胞有表达,在透明晶状体上皮细胞无表达,三组之间Bax蛋白表达有显著性差异(P<0.05),且三组中两两之间亦存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。Bax蛋白在硅油眼并发白内障晶状体上皮细胞的表达强于老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞上的表达,二者之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 Bax凋亡蛋白与硅油眼并发白内障的发生、发展有关,老年性白内障和硅油眼并发白内障的发病机制可能存在差异。 |

Objective To investigate the expression of Bax in lens epithelial cells from complicated cataract associated with silicone oil in order to analyze the relationship between apoptosis of lens epithelial cells and complicated cataract associated with silicone oil. Methods A total of 45 eyes of 45 patients with anterior lens capsule, who underwent cataract surgery in the Department of Ophthalmology, Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from June 2009 to September 2010, were enrolled in the study, including 20 eyes of aged-related cataract in 20 cases, silicone oil complicated with cataract in 18 cases of 18 eyes, and lens dislocation in 7 cases of 7 eyes. The expression of Bax protein in lens epithelial cells of aged-related cataract, silicone oil eye complicated with cataract and lens dislocation was evaluated by HE staining and immunohistochemistry. Results Silicone oil droplets appeared in the subcapsular cell matrix of complicated cataract. Bax protein was positive in cataract lens epithelial cells and negative in transparent lens. The expression of Bax had significant difference among three groups (P<0.05). The expression of Bax in lens epithelial cells from complicated cataract associated with silicone oil was stronger than aged-related cataract (P<0.05). Conclusions The expression of Bax in lens epithelial cells from complicated cataract associated with silicone oil is stronger than aged-related cataract, suggesting that Bax may be involved in the occurrence and development of complicated cataract associated with silicone oil. The pathogenesis in aged-related cataract and complicated cataract associated with silicone oil may be different. |
