| 冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞性病变（chronic total occlusion，CTO）约占所有冠心病患者的15%~25%，是冠心病介入治疗领域最后的“壁垒”，而且对患者的生活质量和长期预后有不利影响。随着新型介入治疗器械、CTO介入治疗新技术和术者操作水平不断进步，接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（percutaneous coronary intervention， PCI）手术的成功率甚至可达90%。但目前对于CTO是否需要开通存在较大争议，以及临床获益尚不明确。本文就最新的研究对CTO的治疗策略作一介绍。 |

| Coronary chronic total occlusion (CTO) lesions account for approximately 15%-25% of patients with coronary heart disease, are the last "barrier" in the field of coronary intervention, and have adverse effects on patients' quality of life and long-term prognosis. With the new interventional therapy devices, new CTO interventional techniques, and advanced operational skills of operators, the success rate of CTO percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) reaches 90% at experienced centers. However, there are controversies about whether CTO lesions need to be opened and the clinical benefits are unclear. This review gives a brief introduction to the progress of CTO treatment strategies according to the latest research. |
