胰腺癌神经浸润是导致该肿瘤术后局部复发的常见原因之一,其微环境主要包括肿瘤细胞、神经细胞和基质细胞及其组织和细胞间隙,它们的变化在一定程度上可以解释神经浸润发生发展的机制。本文对近年来该领域在上述方面的研究进展进行综述,结合腔隙解剖学进行分析和总结,以期加深对其机制的认识和理解,有助于胰腺癌临床手术方式的选择及其他诊疗措施的科学性决策。 |

Abstract: |
Neural invasion in pancreatic cancer is one of the common cause of local recurrence after operation. Its microenvironment mainly includes tumor cells, neural cells, stromal cells, and the spaces between tissues and cells. In a certain degree, the microenvironmental changes can explain the mechanisms of occurrence and development of neural invasion in pancreatic cancer. We have reviewed the research progress in this field within recent years and combined with the anatomy of human body spaces for analysis and summary, in order to deepen the understanding of the mechanisms and help make scientific decisions on the options of clinical surgical methods and other diagnostic and therapeutic measures for pancreatic cancer. |
