摘要:

在急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）治疗药物的临床试验中，某些临床前研究中被认为很有前景的药物，并没有达到预期的效果，且研究结果不完全一致，从而导致这些药物在ARDS治疗中的应用存在争议。这些目前正在研究中的药物包括西维来司他、他汀类、糖皮质激素、一氧化氮、β-受体激动剂、肺表面活性剂、抗血小板药、抗凝血剂、神经肌肉阻滞药、乙酰水杨酸，乌司他丁，雾化高渗盐水和干细胞等。本文对这些药物治疗ARDS的现状作一综述。

Abstract:

Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a critical clinical syndrome. In the treatment of ARDS, many drugs have been considered to be promising in preclinical studies; however, with the continuous development of clinical trials, the expected clinical effect could not be achieved. The current application of drugs in the treatment of ARDS is controversial, the drugs include sivelestat, statins, corticoids, nitric oxide, beta agonist, surfactant, antiplatelet，anticoagulant, muscle relaxants, acetylsalicylic acid, ulinastatin, the atomization of hypertonic saline and stem cell therapy, etc.This article reviews the current status of drug therapy for ARDS in order to provide a reference for the comprehensive treatment of ARDS.
