雌孕激素及其受体通过基因和非基因途径介导的免疫紊乱在自身免疫性甲状腺炎和甲亢的发生发展中起到重要作用,另外,雌孕激素和相关受体通过多种分子机制影响甲状腺癌的发生和生物学特性。各种雌孕激素受体在不同甲状腺疾病中的表达量有所差异而且发挥不同作用。通过对相关机制的深入探究,为这三种疾病的诊断、治疗和预后评估提供新的思路。 |

Estrogen, progesterone and their receptors play important roles in the development of autoimmune thyroiditis and hyperthyroidism through genetic and non-genetic pathway-mediated immune disorders. In addition, estrogen, progesterone and related receptors affect the occurrence and biological characteristics of thyroid cancer by various molecular mechanisms. Various estrogen and progesterone receptors have different expression levels in different thyroid diseases and play different roles. Through in-depth exploration of relevant mechanisms, new ideas for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of these three diseases are provided. |
