| 通过回顾近年来与胃癌相关的长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）研究进展，进一步了解其在胃癌发生、发展调控过程中的作用，对认识lncRNA在胃癌的生物学行为、胃癌诊断及预后中的价值具有重要的意义。lncRNA有希望成为胃癌重要的生物标记物以及诊断和治疗方面的新靶点。 |

| By reviewing the latest literature on long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) in research progression of gastric cancer, we learned more about the key role of lncRNA in the regulation of carcinogenesis and tumor development, and its critical significance in biology behavior, diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer. LncRNA would be a promising biomarker and new target for diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. |
