白藜芦醇为存在于葡萄等多种植物中的天然多酚类化合物,由于具有良好的生物活性而受到广泛关注。但白藜芦醇水溶性低,代谢迅速,生物利用度低而影响了白藜芦醇的发展应用。本文结合白藜芦醇的代谢特点,从协同给药、前体药物设计和制剂改良等角度对白藜芦醇的生物利用度研究现状进行探讨,以期为白藜芦醇生物利用度的提高提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol compound existing in many plants such as grapes, which attracts a great deal of attention for its beneficial effects. However, the development of resveratrol is limited for its low bioavailability due to its low solubility and rapid metabolism in vivo. This review will focus on the metabolic pattern of resveratrol, and summarize the current bioavailability data on synergetic interactions, pro-drug designs and formulation improvement, thus to provide suggested directions for improving the bioavailability of resveratrol. |
