目的 研究金樱子胶囊对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 昆明小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组和金樱子胶囊不同剂量(100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg,ig)给药组;给药7 d后,以腹腔注射0.4% CCl4花生油溶液(0.1 mL/10 g)的方法建立急性肝损伤模型,HE染色观察小鼠肝脏组织病理学损伤,试剂盒检测小鼠血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)含量。结果 金樱子胶囊能显著改善肝脏组织损伤,逆转CCl4诱导的小鼠肝中SOD、GSH-PX、GSH活力下降,降低MDA含量,并显著降低血清中AST和ALT的含量。结论 金樱子胶囊可显著改善小鼠肝中氧化应激水平,对CCl4诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。 |

ObjectiveTo observe the protective effect of Rosa laevigata Michx capsule against liver injury in mice induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4).MethodsMice were randomly divided into the control group, the model group and different doses of Rosa laevigata Michx health food group[100 mg/(kg·d), 200 mg/(kg·d), 400 mg/(kg·d)]. After administration 7 d, we established the model of liver injury via intraperitoneal injection of 0.4% (CCl4) (0.1 mL/10 g), andthen observe the pathology changes. Furthermore, we detected AST and ALT levels in serum, and MDA, SOD, GSH and GSH-PX levels in hepatic tissue.ResultsRosa laevigata Michx capsule could notably improved the injury of liver tissue and significantly increased liver SOD, GSH-PX and GSH activities and remarkably decreased MDA, AST and ALT in mice after treated by CCl4.ConclusionsRosa laevigata Michx capsule has a protective effect against liver injury in mice induced by CCl4 through regulating oxidative stress levels. |
