幽门螺杆菌与上呼吸道疾病之间关系的研究进展

摘要:

幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, H. pylori)是引起成人慢性胃炎和胃溃疡的主要原因，其感染除了与胃肿瘤、某些肺、血管和自身免疫性疾病的发生密切相关之外，还与上呼吸道疾病之间也存在着密切联系。研究表明，幽门螺杆菌的定植和感染可以减轻过敏性鼻炎等儿童过敏性疾病的发病率，并在中耳炎、口腔疾病、扁桃体炎、咽炎、喉部疾病等的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。现本文就对幽门螺杆菌与上呼吸道系统疾病之间的关系作一综述。

Abstract:

Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is the leading cause of adult chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. In addition to gastric cancer, some lung, blood vessels, and autoimmune diseases, there is close relationship between H. pylori infection and upper respiratory illnesses. Research suggests that engraftment and infection of H. pylori can reduce the incidence of children allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis, and in otitis media, oral disease, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, and affect the happening and development of the laryngeal disease, head and neck cancer and other diseases. We reviewed the relationship between H. pylori and some upper respiratory tract diseases.
